Goals of the community

• Provide a community of other aspiring FAANG engineers. Connect with people who are taking the interview process as seriously as you are
• Help you study efficiently by providing directional advice on how and what to study
• Keep you motivated by conducting daily check-ins with your group
• Help you land interviews by promoting each other's projects

• Guidance on what to study and how to prepare for Big Tech interviews from someone who has extensive experience and success with these types of interviews

• Community of other active aspiring FAANG engineers
  • Everyone in the group is very focused on their studying already. This is a great opportunity to get to learn from others, keep yourself honest, and build a support system
• Mock Interview
  • Members get priority access to mock interviews with their peers.
• Peer classes
  • Members teach other concepts in an interactive classroom style setting
• Daily async check-ins
  • 4/7 days a week you will be expected to post a high-level update in the channel about what you did that day
  • I recommend that you complete the following at a minimum per day:
    • 1 Github commit
    • 1 Practice problem
    • 1 Factoid about your focus area
• Members who are inactive will be removed from the group
  • To start, inactivity will mean not completing a certain amount of daily check-ins in a row. Exceptions will be made where it makes sense
• Internal document set
  • You will be provided with an internal document set for your most frequently asked questions. The goal is to build a searchable site, that answers any question you may have
  • I'll be active in the chat to answer directional questions as they come up
• Weekly office hours. Every week I'll be hosting office hours for you. Drop-in and ask any questions you many have!
  • 2 Hours on Mondays 4-6pm EST
  • 2 Hours on Friday 10-Noon EST
